簡介

結合各方工會友會的聯合力量，多次發起抗議行動，不屈不撓，促使政府關注勞動議題，正視勞工的不平等契約。
透過每月教育訓練和宣傳活動，喚醒船員的勞工意識。對外則通過無數次的論壇與講座，向外界傳達船員艱辛的工作環境及推動勞權的阻力。
2024年8月，中運工會依據「勞資爭議處理法」舉行罷工投票，成功取得合法罷工權，成為台灣海運史上首次船員取得合法罷工權的案例。在勞動部部長洪申翰的協助下，勞資雙方於12月達成共識並簽署協議。
監督政府依據行政程序法保障高雄市民的集會結社權利，挑戰台北為中心的公共政策迷思，呼籲政府落實保障人民集會結社的自由權利。
專注於勞工薪資結構及退休金的合法性、職業安全風險的預防和補償議題, 工會積極與行政、司法系統進行訴願與陳情，推動不定期僱傭契約的修訂。

Uniting various labor unions to launch impactful protests, persistently driving government focus on labor rights and equitable employment contracts for workers.
Organizing monthly training sessions, forums, and seminars to enhance seafarers' awareness of their labor rights, while highlighting their challenging conditions to foster greater societal understanding.
In August 2024, successfully led the China Steel Express Union’s strike vote under the Labor Dispute Act, achieving a historic milestone as Taiwan's first legal strike rights for seafarers. With support from Hung Shen-Han, Minister of Labor, a labor-management agreement was finalized in December.
Ensuring government compliance with the Administrative Procedure Act to safeguard Kaohsiung citizens' rights to assembly and association, while challenging Taipei-centric policies and advocating for the protection of assembly freedoms.
Ensuring the legality of wage structures and pension schemes while addressing occupational safety and promoting fair compensation for seafarers.
Actively submitting appeals and petitions to administrative and judicial bodies to advocate for revisions to indefinite employment contracts for merchant ship crew members.
